When converting to a wide tyre kit, it is highly recommended to run one of our bearings support setups. by offsetting the pulley, it puts additional load on the gearbox by having a longer reach from the drive pulley to the gearbox.
Front pulley mount is a billet piece that has been thru hardened, then zinc plated which increases the strength, and also prevents the sprocket from rusting.
The bearing housing is made from K1045 with a bearing press fit in, then circlip to prevent any movent.
The aluminium housing seals the gearbox, supports the bearing housing, and also accomodates the factory pulley cover.
Available for 300, 330, 360 wide tyre conversions.
